Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for design and content creation for the annual visitors magazine as well as the visitwausau.com website in concert with the Marketing Director. Coordinates all marketing communications for the CVB including emails, press releases, calendar of events and scheduled social media output on Facebook and Twitter. Also charged with furthering the CVB's image database with original photography of area attractions, activities and events. Created all marketing materials for 2012 Badger State Summer Games.


Eastbay, Inc./Footlocker.com - Wausau, WI 2008-2010

Creative Director
Was asked to return to Footlocker.com in 2008 for a newly created position in the Partner Brands Marketing group, managing the creative direction for nearly a dozen web sites, as well as several catalogs and other marketing materials for both internal and external partners. Work directly with colleagues and senior management within our organization and with our corporate offices in New York, as well as our external partners. Directly manage a team of seven design, copy writing and editorial staff, while overseeing several other designers from our internet design group. Develop and implement our creative calendar with seasonal and situational campaigns, as well as integrate campaigns from our corporate group. Create and execute branding initiatives for a number of high profile initiatives for our division. Coordinate and direct photo shoots to provide imagery for both catalog and web sites across all of our brands. Within six months of returning several web sites were ‘re-skinned’ with much more dramatic photography and design, resulting in double-digit sales increases. Projects include Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kid’s Foot Locker, Footaction and Champs Sports as well as partners/vendors such as Nike, Jordan, adidas, Reebok, NFL, NBA and ESPN.


Communication Logistics, Inc. - Plover, WI 2004, 2005-2008

Manager of Project Coordinators
Promoted in 2007. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, new responsibilities include the supervision of three direct reports, all hiring and disciplinary action for the department, process development and implementation, and any tasks associated with regular management group initiatives.

Project Coordinator
Responsible for the project management and customer service for a multitude of clients at a mid-size design and marketing firm. Coordinate externally with the clients to determine marketing and design needs, as well as with external vendors for printing and related marketing services. Coordinate internally with management, photography, design, pre-press, marketing and programming to facilitate client projects, ranging from small direct mail pieces, to large direct-to-consumer and business-to-business catalogs, to full e-commerce web sites. Responsible for directing photo shoots with our Milwaukee studio, developing schedules and workflow processes for projects, and communicating with upper management on all facets of production. Also will help with photo manipulation and design layout when needed. Currently responsible for the coordination of one of our largest projects, with over 500 pages of catalog production and 850 shots of photography in a four month production window. Responsible for implementing a company-wide scheduling system to streamline production processes.


L&S Printing - Wausau, WI 2005

Creative Manager
Responsible for managing all pre-press responsibilities of incoming projects at a small printing facility. Involved in the preflighting and plate creation for all projects, as well as any needed graphic design needs. Worked directly with clients to create a variety of design pieces. Communicated directly with press operators to ensure quality control on projects.


Eastbay, Inc./Footlocker.com - Wausau, WI 1996-2004

Internet Lead Graphic Artist
Promoted in 2000, supervising several other Internet artists and managing the distribution and scheduling of all graphic Internet projects. Involved in the training and scheduling of Internet artists, and assisted the Creative Services Coordinator with other supervisory responsibilities. Established an internal proofing process both at Eastbay and with our Corporate Office in New York, as well as a creative process for Eastbay’s account with AOL, Amazon.com, Link Share, NBA and NFL. Worked on a daily basis with upper management, as well as direct interaction with many large-scale vendors. Projects included such names as AOL, Amazon.com, adidas, airwalk, Jordan, NFL, NBA, Nike, Reebok, Rawlings, Lugz, Wilson, Eastbay, Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kid’s Foot Locker, and Champs Sports.

Art Director - NFL Shop
Developed the creative and managed the production of the NFL Shop catalog during its first two seasons in 1998 and 1999, managing several other artists and producing individual catalogs for all 31 teams throughout the NFL season. This project was an exclusive partnership between Eastbay and the NFL and was considered one of the most important projects our company handled. Established work processes and procedures to mass-produce nearly 1000 pages of team-specific product each month of the NFL season.

Art Director
Lead the creative for many of our major catalogs, conceptualizing and designing national and international catalogs with distributions in the millions. Directed photo shoots for cover and interior layouts. Worked directly with purchasing and upper management on a daily basis, as well as our Corporate Office in New York. Projects included such names as the NFL, Nike, Eastbay, Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, and Champs Sports.
